引線架

由銅、鐵、磷成分所組成之銅合金,色澤偏向紅銅,其耐蝕性及加工性俱佳,而導電性相當於紅銅,適合有耐軟化及高導電需求之元件,普遍應用於各式半導體、電子導線架等半導體產業。
