Lead frame
It is a copper alloy that consists of copper, iron and phosphorus. The luster is close to that of red metal. It has high corrosion resistance and workability. Its conductance is equivalent to that of red metal. It is suitable for components which resist softening and need high conductivity. It is commonly used in the semiconductor industry for semiconductors and electronic lead frames.

Lead Frame: thermal softening resistance, high conductivity with fine workability in punching processes
